How is using Nesclick.com different to using a real estate agent to buy or sell a home?

Nesclick.com is a platform that allows home buyers and sellers to meet online directly, to facilitate the private purchase or sale of properties (including scheduling of viewings, negotiation, and closing). When a real estate agent is involved in the home selling or buying process, he or she facilitates the proceedings between buyers and sellers.

Do you provide customer support in languages other than English?

In order to service all home sellers and buyers across the Greater Toronto Area, our Nes Reps can facilitate the support of inquiries in French as well as several third-languages. If you require assistance in a language other than English, please send us an email at info@nesclick.com indicating the language of assistance required and a Nes Rep will be in touch with you within 48 hours to facilitate support.

Will I receive a dedicated Nes Rep to help me throughout the process?

Sellers receive a dedicated Nes Rep throughout the process. Buyers receive support from various Nes Reps throughout the process. Nes Reps are available around the clock to respond to your inquiries

Can I speak to someone to find out if Nesclick.com is the right platform for me?

Yes. If you are unsure of whether or not a private sale is the way for you to go, we encourage you to call a Nes Rep at 1-888-351-7573.

When do sellers make payment to Nesclick.com?

Sellers pay a flat-fee of $4,000 (CAD) to sell their property on Nesclick.com. The majority of this payment is made only once the property sale is complete – in other words, once the property sale has closed. The only cost to sellers prior to this is the payment required for their home inspection, home photography and virtual tour. However, the cost of these services is deducted from the total amount owing ($4,000) rather than charged as an additional fee.

BUYER FAQs

How do you guarantee a home inspection on all properties listed on Nesclick.com?

We guarantee that all properties listed on Nesclick.com will be inspected by a home inspector issued by the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors since this is a requirement that all sellers must agree to in order to list their property on Nesclick.com. This is an important part of our commitment to offering a more transparent real estate process to buyers.

Can buyers create an account on Nesclick.com?

We are in the process of providing buyers with the ability to set up an account on Nesclick.com. Currently, only sellers can set up an account. Once buyers have the ability to set up an account, this will provide them with a summary and dashboard view into the properties in which they’ve indicated interested, viewings that they’ve scheduled, and any offers that they’ve made.

Can buyers sign up for an email notification of properties that meet their search criteria?

We are in the process of providing buyers the ability to sign up for an email notification of properties that meet their search criteria.
